SOAR Fitness group fitness helps your body soar to new heights. Sure, you'll feel a bit sore at times but that's the nature of working out. By the way, all sessions are outdoors!
Group fitness sessions are split 3 ways:
1. Beginners - For all those who are getting started!
2. Mixed - All are welcome
3. Extreme - Something that's ... a bit more!
